Behind Mission Landscape’s Culture are set of values that guide its day to day decisions. The Core Values that drive the company include: Safety, Teamwork, Integrity, Quality and Service. Every Value builds a structure that gives all employees a common ground to stand on. “Knowing the people around you are sharing those core values, that’s what helps you get along and move through your day” says David Dubois, President & CEO. “Getting through our job is hard enough. When you have that teamwork and someone has your back, it makes that lifting a lot easier.”

Mission’s Core Values are actualized every day from crew members to office staff. Whether operating together as a team in the field or communicating with clients, the Core Values are what each member of the Mission team falls back on to make the correct decision, top to bottom. These Values have been accredited to retaining many members of our staff to stay for many years. Jesse Perez, Senior VP of Operations, believes the Mission Core Values are a large reason to staying with Mission for over twenty years stating, “as long as we keep our core values in mind, we know we’re making the right decisions.”
