Design elements included resort style pool area, outdoor dining and barbecue, outdoor fireplace at clubhouse and water feature. MLA, in collaboration with well-known tile designers Richard Keit , Created unique tiled murals that evoked the feel of the famed Malibu Pottery tiles in the late 1920s.
