Crossroads neighborhood center was re-imaged into a new Spanish Colonial shopping plaza. The central focus of the plaza is the gathering area accented by a grand refurbished fountain, along with new seating for dining and new lighting. The retail edge is defined by new palms and new pedestrian lighting. Our work included modifications to the parking lot for improved vehicular and pedestrian circulation patterns.
