This new Italianate-themed master planned community for active adults will provide 2,900 homes on 760 acres in a resort setting. Features include pedestrian oriented walks with open squares, gardens, sculptures,and water features. Each planning area offers a unique landscape character complementary to its architectural theme, defined by entry statements, streetscape design, and distinctive site features. Neighborhoods are interconnected to the lakes and parks via a paseo system planned to create an appealing sense of walkability.
