Vice President Landscape Architecture

As Vice President of MLA, Janet leads our highly skilled, multi-discipline design team from initial planning through design development, construction documents, and construction ensuring a successful project for the client and community. Janet brings over 30 years of experience as a proven leader and accomplished designer of complex projects ranging from Residential, Mixed Use, Retail, Office, Institutional, to Recreation developments.

As Vice President, Janet is committed to guaranteeing that MLA exemplifies its Values, Core Beliefs and Philosophy through our detailed Design Process to produce a remarkable project, within budgetary constraints, for the client, community and environment.

RICH BERRY

Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager, Rich brings over 30 years of experience in Landscape Architectural Design and Project Management. Rich has lead a wide variety of projects over the years, including community master planning, golf course design, park and amenity design, residential design, commercial planning and landscape design on a national and international level.

As a key part of our management team, he plays a significant role mentoring aspiring team members in all aspects of landscape architectural design and construction.

TAMARA HARRIS

Project Manager

As a Project Manager with exceptional organizational skills, Tamara keeps her projects running smoothly, making sure all deadlines are met. Tamara has worked on a broad range of projects from multi-family residential to retail and office properties with an emphasis on the latest site furnishings for outdoor amenity spaces.
